As per our Strike Mats, Gladiator MMA mats are designed for striking and kicking combat sports such as boxing, kickboxing, karate and self defense. High-density, 25mm thick MMA mats provide a combination of strong foot stability and fall support to protect against injury. The mats are interlocking, anti-slip and can be laid temporary (portable) or fixed down. Two removable edging strips are supplied with each mat for a straight finish and you can easily self-trim (DIY) to fit around awkward areas.
